Four decisions that shape everything else

The desk is the product
Most tournament software is built for the organiser filling in forms weeks earlier. We build for the person at the desk at 4pm on day two, with a queue backing up and a coach arguing about a score. If it does not work under that pressure it does not matter how good the admin screens are.

One truth, many screens
A referee's pad, the wall in the hall, the stream overlay, and a parent's phone should never disagree. That is an architectural decision — one match state, broadcast to every surface — not a feature you bolt on later.

Sport-specific beats generic
A generic bracket tool cannot referee Mardani, and a boxing timer is not a kabaddi raid clock. Each discipline gets its own scoring model, timing rules, and officiating flow, because that is what the officials already use.

Say what is actually built
This site does not carry invented logos, made-up uptime figures, or compliance badges we have not earned. Where something is a stub or a per-deployment configuration, we label it. It costs a little credibility up front and saves a lot later.
Where we are
Early, deliberately
The product runs real events, and we would rather it ran a small number of them properly than a large number badly. Organizations are provisioned by hand so tenancy, branding, roles, and the sport modules you actually need are right before your first event day — there is no self-serve signup to stumble through at midnight.
That also means feature requests from operators land in front of the people building it, and usually ship. If you are running events and something in here is wrong for your discipline, tell us — that feedback is most of the roadmap.
