Clubs and entries
The half of a tournament that happens before anyone steps on a mat: rosters, categories, entries, payment, ID cards, and the draw. Held in the same system that scores the bout, so an entry becomes a bout without a re-import.

Final
Finishing a bout advances the winner automatically. Draws carry a seed and a hash so a published sheet can be verified.
What it does
Inside the module
Athlete registry
One roster per organization and club, with photos, player IDs, and the bout history that accumulates as they compete.
Athlete CRM
Notes and a timeline against each athlete, so follow-ups and history survive a change of coach.
Events and categories
Build an event, define categories and fees, then open entries. Templates clone a previous event rather than rebuilding it.
Entries and payment
Athletes register publicly and pay through Razorpay where it is configured; organization staff can settle offline entries.
ID and bib cards
Printable identity and bib cards generated from the roster, with a QR that resolves to the athlete's public profile.
Brackets and squads
Seeded single-elimination draws with byes and walkovers, plus squads that pay once and produce team fixtures.
Coach portal
A club-scoped home where owners and coaches manage their own entries, approvals, and registration QR.
Certificates
Build certificates against real results, then verify an issued certificate from a public link.
How it behaves
The details that decide whether you trust it
A finished bout advances the draw
The bracket is not a separate spreadsheet. Declaring a result advances the winner and records the bout against both athletes.
auto-advance
Club staff cannot reach other clubs
Coach and club-owner access is scoped by club, and a coach cannot mark an entry paid — that is organization staff only.
canMarkPaymentPaid
Public registration is rate limited
Open registration and athlete lookups are rate limited so a public event page cannot be used to enumerate your roster.
