What happens if a plan expires?

A short grace period applies, then login and authenticated APIs are blocked for that organization. Gates fail closed rather than silently degrading, so you never score a bout on an entitlement you do not have.

What counts as a seat?

Any user account in your organization — admins, fight admins, referees, punch officials, club owners, and coaches. Seat caps are enforced when a user is created.

Are prices per event or per period?

Plans are per billing period for the organization, not per event or per mat. Indian rupee list prices are shown; talk to us for federation-scale arrangements.
