Before you send it

  • Mid-event and blocking? Say so in the subject — that changes how fast we look.
  • A match or event ID gets us to the exact bout in the logs.
  • Which surface it happened on matters: pad, operator board, TV wall, or overlay.

Reports are written to an audit log the team reads directly, so nothing is lost if email delivery is not configured on this deployment.
